Paradisalléen masterplan

Paradis is an area characterized by villa construction and a green, lush garden landscape. Our project approaches densification and the urbanisation of Paradis, with an architectural language which relates to the traditional villa typology and construction elements typical of the area.

The plot is also in a unique situation as it spans between the street life down at Nesttunveien and a smaller-scale garden landscape up towards Paradisalléen. Consequently, the strategy has been to place the main bulk of the construction along Nesttunveien and in this way minimize the construction as much as possible up towards Paradisalléen.
